Mapping the Saints

Besides editing Welsh-language texts, we are collecting information on the saints of Wales – native and international – and we are working to provide a repository of up-to-date information on all aspects of the subject.

Pages on each saint will provide information on church dedications, place-names and feast-days. We are researching medieval and modern images, and indexing medieval Welsh and Latin texts as well as a sample of post-medieval sources, together with bibliographies.
